In your browser open a tab and go to the Radio 3 blog post for this weeks chart and another for this weeks charts wiki page

'. ' for a tab #this splits the numbers and text into seperate columns later
' "' for ' - ' #this gives the text a regular format and helps later
'"' for nothing #this just gets rid of the extra quotation mark

You could also click edit, move down to and hover over "Blank Operations" before clicking "Trim Trailing Space" Select all of the text and copy it.

Switch over to the R3-30_sort speadsheet select cell A2 on the tab labled This Week and click paste (or ctrl V)

Switch to the Output page and highlight columns A through I an copy over to a blank page in Notepad++. Use find and replace, again, (ctrl H) to swap out.

' - ' for ']] - ' #this encloses the internal links in the code
remove tabs #closing giant gaps
remove end of line break at the end of line 27 #this fixes broken code

Select and copy all of the text and post it to the wiki page for this weeks chart and click save

Now to get ready for next week Highlight and copy the chart you just posted from the start of #1 to the end of #40 and paste it to A3 in the Last week page on the spreadsheet

Artist Page

R3:30 Chart

Start by opening up the spreadsheet for the year you wish to cover (R3-103_????.ods) along with the pre-formated output file R3-103_Tracks.ods and a new page on notepad++.

Select the year list spreadsheet then find the row you plan on adding and make your selection from the "Artist - Title" cell for that row to the right until the cells change width. Copy this data, swap to the Tracks spreadsheet, select cell A3 on input and paste in the data from the previous spreadsheet.

Making sure that A3 is still highlighted move up to the edit bar near the top of the screen and cut out the artist name including the " - " and search for them on the wiki. If they have a page and the track is there feel free to check the numbers for accuracy else start again on the next entry of the list. If they don't have a page at all you need to start with

==Charts==
====R3:30====

If the track is not there, be it because it's a new page or the track is just missing return to R3-103_Tracks and select the output page before highlighting columns A through G and copy that to the notepad++ page. The editing should only take 2 steps. Highlight a tab mark (one of the big gaps) press ctrl H make sure that the replace line is empty before clicking "replace all". You will notice that some of the rows have errors on them

|Ep32||align="right"|16||align="right"|-8
|- bgcolor="#ccFFee"
|Ep33||align="right"|0||align="right"|+16
|-
|Ep34||align="right"|NO||align="right"|#VALUE!#VALUE!
|}

in this case you would highlight from the end of the line Ep32 to the end of line Ep34 leaving you with

|Ep32||align="right"|16||align="right"|-8
|}

Now select all of the text and copy it over to the artists page that should stil be open in your browser.

R3:103 Chart

As this chart only appears once a year it's just as easy to add these fully by hand using other pages with R3:103 as a formatting guide.
