R3xit Letter writing campaign
Several R3ers talked about starting a letter writing campaign about the recent changes to music.cbc.ca and to R3. Benoit from Ottawa was kind enough to look up addresses.

Makes no sense: the web is for being international. Everyone (except CBC.ca) knows that, it seems.
C.c. the Minister of Global Affairs, the old "Foreign" and previously "External" Affairs Department."
Ok, I've looked at thing a little, and minister of "Global Affairs" doesn't exist (The Dept does, but it's Dion minister of Foreign, and another for International Trade).
