The R3:500

On June 28th 2016, give or take a week,we should hear episode 500 of CBC Radio 3s chart show the R3:30. To mark this event I would like to create a chart that shows which artists have been the most successful along with their best performing track.
I already have all of the data from the charts that have been posted to the blog but I am missing 136 charts where the data is only available by listening to the podcast for that week. This is where you come in, simply listen to one of the missing charts from the list below and make a note of the top 30 for that episode before posting the list to it's respective wiki page.
